    Refer to Branch Circular 20 & SLSA Policy 5.4
    Clubs are reminded of SLSA Policy 5.4 that members who are not proficient as at 31 December are not permitted to patrol or compete in any SLSA competition until they have obtained the required proficiency.  Clubs who have members who have not completed the Skills Maintenance by 31/12/2014 and are wishing to patrol for the Club – refer to the flowchart attached to Branch Circular 20 for the process.
