    It would be appreciated if you could complete this form which will assist in tracking responses.  This year you have the option of either emailing (clubdevelopment@surflifesavingsydney.com.au) or uploading documents, hopefully this will make the process a little more user friendly for you.

    SLSNSW have issued Circular 3642 dated 10 July 2020 to all clubs and Branches.
    A summary of requirements is as follows :
    Insurance renewal declaration – clubs and Branches by 5pm Friday 14/8/2020
    Affiliation Form – Clubs and Branches – by 5pm Thursday 17 September 2020 **
    Organisational Details – Clubs and Branch – by 5pm Thursday 17 September 2020
    Officer Positions- Clubs and Branches – by 5pm Thursday 17 September 2020 **
    Emergency Call Out Team – Clubs – by 5pm Thursday 17 September 2020
    Gear and Equipment Inspections – Clubs – by 5pm Thursday 17 September 2020
    Annual Report – Clubs and Branches – by 5pm Friday 23 October 2020
    Signed Audited Financial Statements – Clubs and Branches – by 5pm Friday 23 October 2020
    ** As per the club communication sent July 2020, the SLSNSW Board has resolved that this timeframe can be extended until 31 December 2020 for clubs unable to hold their AGMs due to COVID-19 restrictions. This extension does not need to be applied for – simply notify your Branch Administration or Development Officer if you require it.
