    Season 21/22 Pre-Season Club Conference 
    9am-2pm Saturday  21 August 
    Special Note: Presentation format will be guided by COVID-19 Rules from NSW Government
    Purpose: To align, share, inform, challenge and activate positive and growth actions for Season 21/22 

     Who should attend from each club:

    • Presidents /Deputy Presidents
    • Director of Lifesaving and Deputy + 2 Patrol Captains
    • Chief Training Officers and Deputy + 2 Lead Trainers 
    • Director of Junior Development and Deputy
    • Director of Surf Sports + Coaches
    • Director of Youth + Junior Captains 
    • Director of Member Services + Managers

    Clubs may also like to send your ‘emerging leaders’ in each of the above roles. Consider leaders that are involved in the day-to-day management of the club attending.
