Will has had a busy first week of induction and meeting the teams, and it’s been great to have him come on board.

Will comes to us after 3 years of competitions management at Cricket NSW, 2 years as the Executive Officer with his association, and 8 years in legal litigation.

Will has been an active volunteer for 12 years within cricket, where he is currently Vice President of his Club, captain of his cricket team for 8 years and girls development officer for his association.

He has developed skills in leadership, policies, procedures and the like, creating various playing conditions/rules, policies including inclusion, social media, code of conduct and child safety.

His passion is obviously cricket, however, his greatest passion is assisting volunteers, as he sees, hears and experiences the ins and outs of the incredible work they do.

Will comes to us with a drive to assist the Branch, Clubs and our members embrace the values of SLSS, and bring growth, development, leadership and assistance to the wider SLS community.
