All members intending to be part of any SLSS Support Operation service for season 2014-2015 is required to complete the Support Operations Group Member Application Form. Service members are requested to complete this and return to Branch Office by 11th September 2014. Reminder that you must have completed your Club membership renewal for the new season with your Club before completing your SOG form.
