Nominations are now open for the following Sydney Awards of Excellence awards :
Surf Lifesaver of the Year – Nominations Close by 13th March 2016
Volunteer of the Year – Nominations Close by 13th March 2016
Club of the Year – Nominations Close by 1st May 2016

SMAR Course March 2016

Registrations are open from Clubs for eligible members for the Silver Medallion Aquatic Rescue award course to be held in March 2016. This award course requires physical requirements of a fitness level to meet the course outcomes, which should be considered by Club Captains when determining which candidates you wish to consider for course registration.  All information can be found in Branch circular Circular 27 – Silver Medallion Aquatic Rescue (SMAR) Award Course March 2016

TAE Assessors Course March 2016

Do you want to share your knowledge, skills and experience and become an Assessor?  Sydney Branch will be conducting an Assessor Course in March 2016 at North Bondi Surf Club. Interested Trainers who would like to attend are asked to speak to their Club CTO or Admin about registering.  All information for the course is in Branch  Circular 23 – TAE Assessors Course March 2016 Registrations close 11/2/2016 at Branch Office.
