Congratulations to two Surf Life Saving Sydney Life Members who have been recognised in the Australia Day Honours list for their contribution to Surf Life Saving. John Restuccia OAM (Maroubra SLSC) and Richard (Dick) Bignold OAM (Cronulla SLSC).
Both members have given a lifetime of service to SLS Sydney and the organisation as a whole and both have held Director roles on our Board.
Congratulations also to Richard Mailey OAM (Elouera SLSC) for his contribution to emergency service as a member of the district rescue boat, the Westpac Lifesaver Helicopter and a Co-founder of Careflight Helicopter.
