SLSS Branch Awards of Excellence 2019
Extension of closing date has been given to all Clubs for all award category nominations to 11.59 pm Sunday 5th May 2019.
Please email all completed nominations to Branch office.
Award Categories and nomination forms for the SLSS Awards of Excellence are available for Clubs to submit their nominations in recognition of members achievements and contribution to Surf Life Saving. All information including award categories can be found in Branch Circular 28 and Circular 29 . Closing date for all award category nominations is by 1 May 2019 to the Branch Office.

SLSS Honours awards – Life Membership and Presidents Medal
Nominations are called for Surf Life Saving Sydney Honours awards of Life Membership for distinguished, sustained and conspicuous service, and Presidents Medal for distinguished and sustained service. Attached is the nomination form that needs to be completed and returned to the Branch Office marked Private and Confidential – Honours nomination. Mail to SLSS PO Box 6006 Malabar 2036 or hand deliver to Branch office, 16 Murra Murra Place Little Bay – office hours 9am to 4pm.
Nominations need to be at Branch by 1st June in order to be voted upon in this current season. All information including the nomination form can be found in Branch Circular 27
