Branch Awards of Excellence Nominations 15/16

SLS Sydney Branch Awards of Excellence nominations  for 2015/16 are  open.
Nominations close at Branch Office by 1st May 2016
All details of award categories and criteria can be found in Branch Circular 35

Branch Office Award Processing Cut off date 15-16 season

Clubs are to ensure all assessment paperwork for all award assessments completed is forwarded to Branch office within 2 weeks of assessment taking place (as per SOPs).

Monday 9th May 2016 will be the award processing cut off date for award processing by Branch office for season 15-16 stats.

Any award assessment paperwork received after this date will be processed as season 16-17.

SLSS Branch Honours (Life Membership & Presidents Medal)

Nominations have now closed.

Nominations are now called for the SLSS Honours awards of Life membership for distinguished, sustained and conspicuous service and Presidents Medal for distinguished and sustained service.

Nominations in writing on Form 01 close at Branch Office 16 Murra Murra Place Little Bay COB Thursday 2nd June 2016.
